Frequently Asked Questions
- How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during Dubai’s peak seasons. Most of our clients secure their experiences 4–6 months in advance to ensure the best availability. Bookings made within 2 months of the event date may be subject to a rush fee, depending on demand.
- Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a booking deposit is required to begin planning and secure your date.
This allows us to start curating your experience, check availability with our partners, and provisionally hold your preferred activities.
- Can guests pay individually?
At present, payments are organised within your group.
The group organiser collects payments and makes them in line with the agreed schedule. We’ll provide clear guidance to make this as simple and seamless as possible.
- Do you offer support with group communication and payments?
Yes, we offer an optional Group Concierge Service for those who want a completely hands-off experience. We can join your WhatsApp group to manage key communications, send payment reminders, and keep everything organised on your behalf, helping ensure a smooth and stress-free planning process for everyone involved.
- When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due at least 4 weeks in advance of your celebration. This ensures all bookings are confirmed ahead of time, allowing everything to run smoothly and stress-free when you arrive.
- What happens if someone drops out of the group?
As all bookings are made based on confirmed group numbers, we recommend finalising your guest list before confirming your experience. If changes do occur, we’ll always do our best to assist, however this may be subject to individual supplier terms.
- Can we add or remove people later?
Yes, up to a point. Let us know any changes as early as possible to avoid fees or disappointment.
- Is transport included?
Luxury transport can be added to any package. Let us know what you need.
- What if something goes wrong?
We work with trusted suppliers and handle all the logistics. If anything unexpected comes up, we’re on call to sort it fast.
- Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always try to be fair.
- Do you help with full planning?
Yes, we offer both curated experiences and fully bespoke planning. From sourcing venues to managing logistics and timelines, we take care of the entire process so you can enjoy a completely stress-free celebration.
- What is the minimum group size?
Our experiences are designed for groups of 5 guests or more.
- Can we customise a package?
Our Iconic City Hen collections are designed as a curated starting point, giving you a clear structure and style for your celebration. From there, you’ll select the experiences that best suit your group, with small upgrades and add-ons available. For a fully tailored celebration, our Bespoke Hen Planning service allows us to create something completely personalised to your bride.
- Do you offer on-the-day coordination?
Our focus is on planning and curating your experience in advance to ensure everything runs seamlessly. On-the-day coordination may be available at additional cost upon request, depending on your celebration.
